Tracy was commissioning editor for UKTV, working across its factual and entertainment channels in the UK, commissioning a number of channel-defining shows, including Monster Munchies for Good Food, and Jo Brand's Big Splash for Dave. She has also been responsible for the launch of numerous new formats including My Flat-Pack Home and What the Neighbours Did.
